The training base is a dedicated outdoor athletics stadium built specifically for track and field work, with a 400m synthetic track and a full range of jumping and throwing areas alongside the running surface. The facility includes long jump and triple jump pits, permanently set-up pole vault and high jump beds, and a combined javelin and discus throwing cage. Two shot put circles sit just outside the main track. A weight room, changing rooms and showers are available on the stadium grounds for athletes. Training runs on a structured two-session daily schedule, with the team transferred to and from the stadium so sessions stay consistent regardless of hotel occupancy or city traffic.
