Who we are

BestSportCamps is operated by Active Planet Group, Laeva 2, Tallinn, Estonia (the “data controller”). We help sports teams and athletes find and book training camps. We serve customers across Europe, including all EU/EEA member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ukraine, the Western Balkans and other European countries — 42 countries in total.

What data we collect

Contact details you submit via our forms: name, email, phone, club/organisation, message. Booking details: sport, destination, dates, group size. Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we process it (legal basis)

To respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer — performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To improve the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). To send marketing emails — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.

Sharing

We share your data only with the camp/facility you request an offer from, and with service providers (hosting, email) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are protected by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 3 years after last contact; booking records as required by accounting law; marketing consent until withdrawn.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time: info@activeplanet.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
